At our design studio in Toronto, we strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If there's any delay for any reason, we'll promptly notify you via email. Please remember, during peak periods like public holidays, promotional events, Black Friday, and Christmas, delivery might take slightly longer than the usual time frames.

We use several reliable shipping carriers, including USPS, DHL, UPS. The specific carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

We offer store pick up during business hours on Thursday and Friday from 12pm to 4pm with a pre booked appointment. Please visit the link below to setup your pickup appointment.

Yes, depending on your country, your shipment may be subject to duties, taxes, or handling fees. Here's a general guide:

  There will be no additional costs (import duties and tax charges).
• Rest of the World
  There may be duties, taxes or handling fees incurred on your shipment. These charges are determined by your country's laws and regulations, and customers will be responsible for these additional costs. If needed, your local postal service might reach out to you for further information, such as a tax ID, for customs clearance.

Despite these potential additional costs, rest assured that our prices remain competitive. Since we sell directly to customers without high markups, you'll find that even after accounting for taxes and duties, our prices often match or even undercut those of traditional retailers.

We'll do our best to accommodate your changes before the order is dispatched. However, please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping details.

It's crucial to provide a correct and complete address when placing an order to ensure smooth delivery. If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, and fails to be delivered, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for this mistake.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can arrange to have it re-shipped to a corrected address, but please note there may be additional shipping charges.

For damaged items, we kindly ask that you send us pictures of the damage so we can make a record of it and help with processing a claim with the courier service.

If your package is lost, we'll work with the courier service to try and locate your order.

Keep in mind that all orders sent with tracked shipping include insurance coverage. This ensures we have the resources to effectively address any delivery issues. It's important to report any claims for damaged or missing items within a certain timeframe of delivery (within 7 business days). Therefore, please open and inspect your items as soon as they arrive. We're here to support you and will do our utmost to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

We accept all returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as all items are unworn and the packaging is intact.
Customers can only submit ONE request for each order and the refunds can only be issued via store credit.

• Changed of mind
• Pierced earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale and Final sale items.
• Lost items
• Tarnished products due to improper care.

We highly recommend customers to thoroughly read product descriptions before making a purchase.It's the customer's responsibility to choose the correct gauge and length, and to be aware of potential allergies to the metals used in our jewelry. As individual sensitivities vary, we cannot be held responsible for any allergies or irritations that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry.

Initiating a return request is simple. Kindly fill out the Return Form, providing the order number, item image, and the reason for the return. Our dedicated team will promptly process your request within 24 hours.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items valued at over 60 USD, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure a secure return transit. Although we strive to provide a smooth process, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item in case of loss during transit.

Please note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by you except for the defective issues. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping method that is available, which includes tracking. Shipping charges may vary depending on the location.

• Canada Domestic Orders
  We cover return shipping fee for the 1st return request of each order. We'll be mailing you a prepaid shipping label after we receive your information.
• US Orders
  Unfortunately, we can not offer a USPS return label as all the orders is shipped through our forwarding company in NY. Please send the item back to us tracked packet of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records.
  
• International Orders

To initiate an exchange, kindly follow our standard returns policy and proceed to place a new order for the desired item.
