Return and Refund Process

Initiating a return request is simple. Kindly email us at hello@beatti.com, providing the order number, item image, and the reason for the return. Our dedicated team will promptly process your request within 24 hours.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items valued at over 60 USD, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure a secure return transit. Although we strive to provide a smooth process, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item in case of loss during transit.

Exchanges

While we genuinely appreciate your interest in exchanges, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. To initiate an exchange, kindly follow our standard returns policy and proceed to place a new order for the desired item. Rest assured, you will be refunded for the original item as per our standard returns policy.
