What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept all returns/exchanges within 14days of delivery as long as all items are unworn and the packaging is intact. Customers can only submit ONE request for each order and the refunds can only be issued via store credit.

The following items do not qualify for returns/exchanges.
ㆍChanged of mind
ㆍPierced earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
ㆍCustom or personalized orders
ㆍItems on sale and Final sale items.
ㆍLost items
ㆍTarnished products due to improper care.

How much is the return shipping fee?

Please note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by you except for the defective issues. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping method that is available, which includes tracking.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the location.
ㆍCanada Domestic Orders
We cover return shipping fee for the 1st return request of each order. We'll be mailing you a prepaid shipping label after we receive your information.
ㆍUS Orders
Unfortunately, we can not offer a USPS return label as all the orders is shipped through our forwarding company in NY. Please send the item back to us tracked packet of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we process your return. Refunds or exchange to be processed are processed within 7 business days after receipt. Please note that refunds can only be issued via store credit.
Original shipping cost are non-refundable.


Can I return final sale items?

All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions for sizing or fit issues. If you have any questions or concerns prior to making your purchase, please reach out to us.


What should I do if I receive a wrong product?

We are terribly sorry if you've received a product different from what you've ordered. Please reach out to our team within 14days of delivery. We will be sure to get you the correct item you ordered instead.
